2ndStory Space

2ndStory Space is more than just Jennifer Weigel's personal artist studio.

It is a place where artists & non-artists can collaborate; engage in thought-provoking conversation; attend presentations on professional practices in the visual arts; and so much more.

It is also the home of Creative Clarification Coaching, offering one-on-one consultation services to help artists of all disciplines better articulate what they do and why.

Although her physical 2ndStory Space in Maplewood, MO officially closed in June 2014, Jennifer Weigel continues to offer Creative Clarification Coaching services by appointment.

Events & Programs

MONDAY MOVIE MANIA: Every Monday from 12 - 2 or 3-ish (depending on film length), 2ndStory Space will feature a documentary or film about art. BYO Brown Bag Lunch & dine while watching the film; discussion afterwards.

THIRD THURSDAY Open Critique Group: Bring an artowrk you'd like feedback on or have questions about for group critique. This is an open group and includes whoever comes, so the dynamic changes regularly, offering a variety of different responses and input. All media & disciplines welcome.

BIG A$$ $TUDIO MOVING $ALE: Last chance to purchase original artworks and check out my studio before I move! I am not renewing my studio lease as I will be leaving town, and I don¹t want to have to move all this stuff. Most everything is negotiable: original artworks, books, furnishings, and more...
